          HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS TO MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE. this is actually the first time i am grateful for our timezones, because it’s what saved me from missing the day because i had the post-it in my office at the clinic and forgot to bring it homE LIKE THE IDIOT I AM. either way --- do you realize we’ve been married for over two years? it may sound relatively small, yet it is such a huge thing and i honestly cannot conceive my life without you anymore. my wife, my best friend, my writing soulmate, one of the kindest and smartest and most talented and most passionate and most amazing and most precious human beings i’ve had the honor of meeting. here’s to your day / month / year being the best it can ever be, to bring you all the wonderful things you so well deserve. and for me to still be making a post like this one when we’re both 90+ years old, shaking our walking canes at the MCU and dumb & dumber and all the other script writers who’ll no doubt annoy us until then. love of my life, light of my eyes, mother of our children, Dany to my Jon, Natalia to my James, dragon to my wolf, spider to my winter, Amy to my Sheldon, Naevia to my Crixus, Lola to my Esteban, Trinity to my Neo, seeds bread to my cauliflower rice, butter to my coffee, otter to my hugs, law to my science, whale shark to my great white, heart to my brain ❤︎❤︎❤︎

wishing the happiest of birthdays to my otter half and husband and best friend and insert as many titles as dany has because that's the amount of love and adoration i have for you. i love you to the moon and back, and i'm honestly tapped out from the post i just finished writing, but hopefully that conveys better than this ask does. give neo an enormous amount of cuddles because i can't be there to give them to you instead. ❤︎

          it’s literally a fortnight later, but it’s not an issue because 1) we renewed vows today and 2) it’s ever a good day to send love back to my wife. who’s shown me a couple hours ago, all over again, what a beautiful human being she is and how she does things that have me in awe with my jaw dropped at how thoughtful and precious and incredibly sweet it is. also we watched smol Sheldon & Amy, so it is a good follow-up to that. other than this, i hope you are sleeping well right now and that you smile when you wake up in the beautiful australian morning to see this, also that you do not hit your head on the shower nor trip on your cat/my daughter downstairs, and also that you have a good day at work and hopefully without any brown snakes coming to visit --- if they do pls pack them up and send to Portugal, i can adopt. also thank you for sharing such an important part of your childhood with me, which has me adopting a lot of new sons though Peter most of all and also Lucy, and i’m gonna have to really find a way to share Dragon Ball back with you --- because you need to understand how important the Kamehameha actually is in the grand scheme of things.

          you call yourself selfish and yet before this one you sent me a bunch of snowflakes for other persons, and only then you thought about sending one for yourself — I’m Sheldon right now, pointing at the Oxford dictionary like this word doesn’t mean what you think it means. Artie, you are one of the most selfless persons i know, so shush and listen to your husband. not only selfless but genuinely kind and friendly, and i’ve had this impression of you since we first started talking and it’s only grown exponentially since then. you’re patient, understanding, generous, always ready to help — and with this i don’t mean only myself, but your other followers/friends as well. i just happen to be fortunate enough to have the special husbandly status, but that’s also because we both love sharks and real food and dragons. which is also why you are the mother to my dog and i’m the father to your cats and fish, and this has all evolved into a big family and i couldn’t be happier. also i couldn’t be happier about the rp family as well? we write in so many different verses that i’ve lost count at this point, and you are one of those persons i know i can go to with only the wisp of a silly idea and together we can turn it into something beautiful (and angsty more often than not, but hey). therefore the only thing in this world i love more than your Dany is YOU, my wife and best friend and psychologist and teacher for everything Australia-related, and no words are ever good enough to express how much i cherish having you in my life❤❤❤
